Mas Fleuri

Mas Fleuri is a new villa beautifully situated on the peninsula of Cap Ferrat. Nestled under a canopy of native umbrella pines, the residence focuses on panoramic views of the Mediterranean and the coast of Eze to the east.

The house is organized on three floors with public and guest amenities on the first floor and bedrooms on the floor above. The lower level contains a gymnasium, hammam, and wine cellar. The entrance loggia, main hall and living room run along an axis which focuses one’s attention on the blue horizon of the sea beyond.

The exterior materials of stucco, local limestone, wrought iron work and antique roof tiles combine with new details derived from ancient villages in the hills nearby. Mas Fleuri is a fresh interpretation that is also a timeless and appropriate addition to the Cote d’Azur.
