On August 5 at 6:00PM EST, The Urban Guild will host a presentation on high-impact infill projects in Charleston, South Carolina, led by Gary Brewer. Gary will discuss Courier Square, the new gateway to downtown Charleston’s peninsula, and two current projects: a mixed-use building that involves the restoration of a historic train shed and repurposing notable Charleston single houses; and the first senior living building located on famed King Street.
